Who We Are

Agu Obasi Esq is a fully licensed United States Immigration Attorney, patient rights advocate and human rights activist.

He is an Attorney and Counselor -at -Law, New York state Supreme Court, member New York Bar Association,  licensed United States Immigration Attorney, as well as a Barrister and  Solicitor of the Supreme court of Nigeria. He graduated from the University of Nigeria in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian bar in 1999. He has also been admitted to the New York State bar.

He is the Director of International Medical Law Center which  he founded in 2018 in the Island Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis. He is the Author of two books; ‘’Medical  Malpractice Manual’’, a law text and ‘’Precepts of the Puppetmaster’’, a novel. He is also the founder and creator of the International Patient’s Cooperative (IPC) and the Online Basic Assessment of Standards International (OBASI) app. He was inducted  as  a Senior Fellow of the International Medical Law Institute in 2019.

Diane Barker was born in Guyana, South America, and immigrated to the United States.  She is passionate about helping our clients accomplish their immigration goals because she is the image of the immigrant experience and has a deep understanding and appreciation for the benefits of U.S. immigration.  She is a results-oriented and versatile legal professional with a comprehensive background spanning diverse legal disciplines and strategic leadership.  She is admitted to practice in the Cooperative Republic of Guyana S.A. with a proven track record of excelling in private and governmental practice. Diane is adept at providing strategic legal counsel and navigating complex legal landscapes, to achieve impactful outcomes.
